Beverly Hills land is precious, so the main house has large open areas with 5 bedrooms and baths. Among our biggest challenges was the inaccessible steep incline in the rear which required the entire hillside to be remodeled. First, we integrated a feature pool with a glass side visible from the family room. Walk up a few steps to a guesthouse and pool facilities under a giant entertainment deck. Take a few more steps up to a terraced green yard that overlooks a roof top garden and Beverly Hills.
